Can you do modern dancing without doing ballet first? I heard that modern was a mix between ballet and jazz. I want to start dancing and am thinking modern but have no experience. Also I'm not very flexible, will taking modern teach me flexibility? I'm flexible but not super flexible. I also heard that contemporary and modern dancing were not the same thing, but this says it is.
